Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be really happy with your purchase with Wildwood and we go the extra mile to ensure our products are of exceptional value. But sometimes things just don't fit or are not quite what you expected, so of course we are happy for you to return your purchase to us.
WHEN CAN I MAKE A RETURN?... Within 30 days of purchase you can return any item that is unused, undamaged and still within its original packaging. For sunglasses, this includes the original case and cleaning cloth.
You will receive a full refund for your purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for details of how we pay refunds.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?... All items can be returned free of charge using a prepaid label that we will provide when you submit a return request. We can only accept the charges on one return (i.e. one package) per order. You will need to cover the costs of any additional returns.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?... Please email the address below with details of your order number and the item you would like to return. We will email you a free Royal Mail return label and you can drop off your return at any Post Office.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?... To exchange an item please use the above returns process to return it to us and receive a refund. You can then place a new order for your preferred item.
